The room exhibited a high level of thought. The reading lights for the bed functioned well as they were well located for reading. Power points for charging phones etc were easily located. Extra tea and coffee were available from a point in reception. A plunger for coffee was provided. The kitchen was well stocked items. The laudry was fully equiped

In our first room the doors on the cupboard misaligned with the draws.

Great location and comfortable room in the middle of Suva. Free parking as park of the hotel was fantastic!

Conveniently located so it was easy to walk around to different shops and places to eat. Friendly staff. Liked that we were able to do our own laundry here as well.

Shower outlet was slow and flooded the shower but was manageable

Check in: In spite of booking 7 months in advance and contacting property twice close to arrival time, reception seemed to have no idea of our reservation. Room that we were promised was not provided. Confirmation and information provided did not match actual room: NO COOKTOP. We booked with specific requirement for a cooktop.

Location is in the city center and within walking distance to banks, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Parking area just at the fifth floorwith easy access from the reception area.

Staff were very friendly and ready to help you. The room is very clean and spacey.

Great location, lovely staff. They clean your room every day, replacing the towels, washing the dishes and even providing a daily supply of breakfast food! The location is very central and safe.

Paying for wifi in 2018 :( It was FJD80 for 7 days.

Friendliest staff. They couldn't do enough for us. The central location was awesome. So close to everything. The room was huge, clean and amenties were great. I would highly recommend this place.

There is no free Wi-Fi in the room and only found in the reception desk area which was terrible given that the place is so overpriced to begin with and it is standard these days to provide complementary wifi to guests. Wifi is cheap in Fiji so it is obvious that these expatriate owners of the hotel are being very stingy. Even in boutique hotels in Cambodia you get free wifi. Total disappointment.. It was terribly noisy staying at the premises as there was construction work happening all around the hotel which starts at 10pm every night so basically forget about trying to get any rest. I wouldn't want to stay there again until all the construction work is over, which is highly unlikely for the next couple of years with all the new apartments and work at the habour going on.

The apartment was spacious and had a balcony. Laundry and Gym facilities are on site and a breakfast basket was a nice touch.

The room had an odor that seemed to come from the drains in kitchenette or bathroom. Our apartment also had a stale milk smell - maybe coming from carpet in kitchenette area. Across the road is a bar that plays music all day and into the night so doors need to be kept closed and then there was construction going on nearby too! Overall looks smart and has the facilities but if you are not into loud pub music then maybe stay in the back apartments.

Quest in Suva has everything you need for a memorable stay in the centre of Suva's CBD - friendly and helpful staff, very well appointed rooms, off street parking and the perfect location. I will return.

Staff are amazing. Friendly, welcoming and professional but also unobtrusive. Premises are very conveniently located and apartments are of a high standard. Heaps of power outlets!

Very close to CBD. Excellent for business travellers. Brand new. Same Quest Quality like in NZ and AU.

Unfortunately the room was a fridge. It always cooled down no matter what temperature you select.
